Shipping Options

We offer two tracked shipping services within the UK:

  • 1st Class Tracked
  • 2nd Class Tracked

All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders fulfilled before 12:00 PM will be posted the following working day. Orders placed or fulfilled after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day thereafter.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for standard Royal Mail delivery times after dispatch.

Delivery Address & Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • In-person collection / drop-off arrangements can be made — please contact us to organise this.
  • Once your delivery address has been confirmed through your order, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of the return postage.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact where possible.
  • Upon successful return and inspection, we will issue a refund for the value of the item(s) minus the original postage cost paid.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available provided the item(s) are returned in the same condition as at the point of sale (unused, with original tags and packaging). Please contact us as soon as possible if you require an exchange.
